Webelos are in fourth grade or 10 years old. After completing the requirements of the Bobcat rank (either this or in a previous year), youth may go on to complete the requirements for the Webelos rank and the many electives offered to this rank. Pronounced “WE-buh-loes,” the Webelos name stands for “WE<\/strong>‘ll BE<\/strong> LO<\/strong>yal S<\/strong>couts.”<\/p>\n

Webelos Requirements<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Be an active member of your Webelos den for three months.<\/li>\n
  2. Complete each of the following Webelos required adventures:
    \na. Cast Iron Chef
    \nb. Duty to God and You
    \nc. First Responder
    \nd. Stronger, Faster, Higher
    \ne. Webelos Walkabout<\/li>\n
  3. Complete at least\u00a0one<\/strong>\u00a0Webelos\/AoL elective adventure of your den or family\u2019s choosing.<\/li>\n
  4. With your parent or adult partner, complete the exercises in the pamphlet How to Protect Your Children From Child Abuse: A Parent\u2019s Guide, and earn the Cyber Chip award for your age.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Webelos & Arrow of Light Electives<\/h4>\n

    Electives for the Webelos and Arrow of Light ranks are a shared pool. Electives used to earn Webelos rank will not count toward Arrow of Light rank.<\/p>\n
