Lions

Lions are in Kindergarten or 6 years old, and join with their parents or adult guardians. As a Lion, your kindergartner will make friends, laugh loud, gain confidence, discover nature, and most of all…have fun! They’ll experience the Scouting concepts of character development, leadership, citizenship, and personal fitness through engaging and exciting adventures!! Lions will have a blast exploring the world around them in ways that fuel their imagination and creativity. Together, they’ll take their first steps down the path to success.

As the youngest of our Cub Scouts, Lion dens meet once a month to have fun and work on requirements together. Families band together to put on the program together for their youth, and a parent or adult guardian attends all meetings and outings with their Scout.

Lion Requirements

1. Complete each of the following Lion required adventures with your den or family:
   a. Animal Kingdom
   b. Fun on the Run
   c. King of the Jungle
   d. Lion’s Honor
   e. Mountain Lion

Lion Electives

Lion electives are all optional, but are additional fun!
